| Notes:
Since they come from the underdark where magic rules
they have a high SR. They are far more light sensitive than
normal drows and can be
blinded, this also lowers their ab, ac, some skills and can
cause some damage. If they fail saving throw blindness can
last for sometime. At night or indoors they are not
affected. They are not blinded if using the darkness spell
around them.

| Description:
Black of skin, hair and eyes one might only see the
whites of their teeth as they plunge a dagger into your
heart then melt back into the shadows the last thing you
hear is their insane laugh as darkness over powers you or
they might decide to keep you around for some fun. Pity
those who survive their first attack for hell has come and
it will be a very long night of pain and torture.
Shadow elves are native to
Talan'ith and it is unknown how the split from the surface
elves. They are chaotic evil elves who are very calculating
murderers. They live for their own fun and that often means
someone is going to die very slowly and painfully while they
laugh and place bets.

They are far worse than drows and are
feared throughout Kil'Dar. Shadow elves leave nothing living
behind once they attack and even the drow watch their backs when
full blooded shadow elves are around. Often the drow use them as
shock troops because they are berserkers.
It is hard to believe it but they
can turn even a drow's stomach when they are really having a good
time. Like drow they can decide to appear very charming but watch
it they can go off for no reason at all. They attack from the
shadows and vanish just as quickly.
Many elves have charms over their
doors to keep shadow elves from entering their dwellings. They are
the bogymen of Talan'ith.
Thankfully they are very rare now
since most have breed with the drow taming most of their chaotic
nature.
