Type of Feat: (Epic) General 

Prerequisite: Epic Shifter, Wis 25 

Specifics: The character can assume different outsider shapes 3x/day: Azer Chieftain, Rakshasa, or Death Slaad.

Use: Selected. After choosing the ability, the character must select the type of outsider to change into.

Notes:
 Requires Hordes of the Underdark. 
This feat does not actually require one to be an Epic Shifter but can be taken on a shifter level as long as the character has the Greater Wildshape IV feat. 
This form of shapeshifting cannot be dispelled.

As a rakshasa you can cast an unlimited number of the spells Ice Storm, Mestil's Acid Breath and Dispel Magic 
A shifter with Empower Spell or Maximize Spell can memorise the metamagicked Ice Storm and Mestil's Acid Breath (if multiclassed with Wizard or Sorceror) spell(s) and use the rakshasa form to cast the metamagicked spells at will. 
Like monster rakshasa a shifter is vulnerable to blessed crossbow bolts with the onhit: Slay Rakshasa ability 
As a slaad you have the chaos spittle ability. It is a ranged touch attack that deals magical damage of ((Shifter levels / 3) + 2) d4 
As an azer you can cast an unlimited amount of the spell Burning Hands. You also get a special fire stream ability that, on a successful ranged touch attack, does fire damage of (wisdom modifier + d4 per 3 shifter levels), reflex save DC 15 + (Shifter level / 2) for half.
