Lore:
The “half
orc” Dimikar was the product of an unwanted union and raised by his strict human mother. Far larger than his more welcome siblings, even at a young age, he soon entered his adolescence as the one his family depended on for protection during their travels.
The family made a living traveling from place to place utilizing his mother’s talented skills at needle and thread. He frequently fought off raiders, undead and "those people", as his mother referred to goblins,
orcs, minotaurs and the like. During a hard night's ambush, Dimikar suffered grave wounds and feared he would fail his family. A knight appeared in splendid armor and quickly dispatched those attacking the wagon. As the knight turned to strike
Dimikar, the sight of a human woman kneeling down to tend the “half
orc’s” wounds stayed his blow. Dimikar glanced up at the knight, realizing instantly how close his death had come.
The Knight put up his sword. He was curious and also disgusted to learn how Dimikar had come to be with the family of humans. Seeing that the other males were not fit to defend the family, the knight offered to travel with them for a time. Over two seasons, the knight spent much of his time with the family and taught the
"half-orc" how to defend himself and his family better.
The Knight, however, never used Dimikar's name and questioned his true desire to protect his mother anytime Dimikar failed a task. When the time came, the Knight left to go about his own business. Dimikar had many things left to learn, but his skills with both mind and might had improved greatly.
What happened to his family is unknown, but Dimikar in time reentered the books of history; this time leading a large company of freemen and knights to turn back the demonic hordes pouring from the rift that encompassed the destroyed city of
Phalthabin, long before the Aztrian Empire massed its response.
The most noted mention of his name is when he marched his company through the mountains and into the desert to answer Fan'taween's call for her faithful to rally along side her brother's followers, for a final battle to defeat the invading demons and close the rift.

Under his leadership, his unexpected arrival of several score of knights, footmen and archers routed a force many times larger than his.
His skill sent him soaring up the ranks of the army. During the course of the battles, Fan'taween herself named him her favored general and personal champion. Many great generals bowed to Dimikar as he took command of Fan’taween’s forces.
After the battle, Fan'taween and her brother became disenchanted with each other and the gods fought. Great power blasted mountains and changed the land about the feuding divine twins. The armies were swatted like flies and would have been utterly destroyed if not for Dimikar and others quick thinking. What remained of the mortal armies, he hastened into caves saving a fair number of faithful on both sides.
After the Gods War, he claimed the new Black Mountains (When Fan’taween’s blood fell from the cut on her cheek brought about by her brother’s sword, the stone it covered became hard black rock.), as a sacred land. As the Gods withdrew from the world for a time, he led the people to begin settling and building a holy city on the site of the Gods Battle.
A short time later, as reports of the Drow and Shadow Elf's assaults came in, he marched his forces to the forefront of the war against the dark skinned heathens and won great honor from all peoples, despite rumors of atrocities.
His final days were spent securing the remaining known portal to the underdark, constructing the surface defenses of the Black City from the remaining wandering demons and laying forth plans for a grand “Black Tower” to encompass the entire city; Defending it from all who would assault this blessed city of Fan’taween.
As his age could no longer be denied, he readied to turn his glorious work over to his handpicked triad of advisors. Fan'taween claimed him; making a place for him, forever to serve her as her Champion:
A warrior who was never defeated.
